BILL OF ASSURANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
THAT, WHEREAS, Alltel Properties, LLC is the sole owner of the
following described lands lying in the County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to
wit:
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Lot 1-A, Pleasant Valley Office Park, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, as for record in Plat book C, Page 991.
AND, WHEREAS, it is desirable that all of the above described property
be replatted.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
THAT WE, the said Alltel Properties, LLC hereinafter termed grantor,
have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Development Consultants, Inc.,
Registered Professional Engineers, and Registered Professional Land
Surveyors, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title Lot 1-AR,
Pleaseant Valley Office Park and the date October 19, 2007, and by the
signature of the Circuit Clerk and ex officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, in Plat Book , Page , and the grantor does hereby make
this Amendment to Bill of Assurance. � C C 8Ua 6,43
The purpose of this amendment to provide for the modification of the rear
building setback so as to conform to an amendment approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on January 3, 2008
The rear building setback line as modified and reflected on the plat described
here in shall provide for expansion of the existing principal use and structure
only.
Hereafter, conveyance and description of said land by lot number
as shown on said plat, shall be a proper and sufficient description thereof.
The lots in said subdivision shall be sold by the grantors and shall be
purchased by the buyers thereof, subject to the following covenants, set forth in
the parent documents filed for record as Instrument Number 90-19883 and 86-
25671.

The considerations set forth in the parent document are hereby approved
by the City of Little Rock Planning Commission. Any additional requirements,
restrictions or statements are entered without review or action by the Planning
Commission, and shall not be considered part of the Little Rock Planning
Commission's requirements for plat approval.
The signatures below represent the required number of owners as specified in
the parent document for amendment:
