Jackson and Terri L. Jackson, husband and wife, are the owners of Lot 2, Pleasant Valley Estates, a Subdivision of the W'/2 SW % and North 528 feet of W % E % SW % SE A Section 28, T-2-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, now in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That, Steve W. Jackson and Terri L. Jackson hereinafter termed grantor, have caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by Donald W. Brooks, Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat thereof made which is identified by the titre of Lot 2R, being a replat of Lot 2, Pleasant Valley Estates, a Subdivision now in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex- officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book --JAL— Page L and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. This replat is for the building line to go around the proposed pool that was approved by the City of Little Rock Board of Adjustments, Case No. Z-7900. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
