REQUEST:
This applicant requests a review by the Planning Commission of a
90 day extension for sidewalk and turnaround construction
deadline on Hinson Road beginning January 24 in order to appeal
to the City Board of Directors for waiver of the sidewalks.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning staff recommends denial of Mr. Fulkerson's request.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
(JANUARY 141 1992)
The applicant was present. The Planning staff offered its
recommendation of denial of this request giving a brief
background of the plat involved in this request. After a
brief discussion, the Commission determined to approve a
90 day extension for the sidewalk and turnaround construction.
The motion passed by a vote of 10 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
