Longlea Additon, `X'(Pleasant Valley Blk 57): Notes show that Staff recomminded waiver of sidewalks on west side Hinson Road, and construction on east side' Longlea Addition, Phase 2: The Grading and Paving Plan shows a typical sectin which does not show a proposed sidewalk.. Pleasant Valley Block 57: J. Gardner memo 1-15-91 to J. Lawson requires sidewalk along Hinson Road. ' Preliminary Plat-Blk 57 shows no proposed sidewalk. Windsor Court Townhouses, Longlea Estates I, II and III make no mention of sidewalks. Carmel Valley: No sidewalks memtioned. Longlea South: Approved Preliminary Plat B-28-78 does not show sidewalk required. I have no strong recoIlectin that sidewalks have been deliberately waived, yet I believe that everyone involved in the process operated under the understanding that sidewalks were not required along Hinson Road throughout this reach. I certainly believed so when I reviewed all or nearly all of the plans for the street construction from Marlowe Manor to Hickory Creek. If there have been any problems,I wonder why the question has not been aired out in the last 19-20 years since construction began there. FLOYD H.
