After closer review of the permit, my name is listed as "Adam Smith" rather than "Adam White". If that

Please see attached copy of the signed Certificate of Compliance for your project at 1422 Scott Street. The
original COC will be mailed to the owner’s mailing address listed with the county assessor. Please upload the
attached copy of the signed COA to any relevant permit applications when you apply. The COC, or the copy, is
required to be posted to the property in a location visible from the public right-of-way during your project work.
This is primarily for our code enforcement officers and surrounding neighbors to see that the work has been
permitted. Please also remember that you need permits from the Capitol Zoning District Commission before
starting work.
Once you have completed the work, please provide photographs of the completed project or schedule a time
with me to come review the completed work on site. Either works for this project scope.
