The roofs have reached the end of their expected lifespan displayed in both granular loss and missing shingles, causing leaks in both properties. We at Rhino Roofing intend to replace the current 3-tab shingle and upgrade it to an architectural, class 3 impact rated, 40-year roof, manufactured by IKO. The current roof colors will be matched as closely as possible with currently available material. I thank you for your patience while I collected and compiled the forms and evidence as requested. Sincerely, Christopher Heredia Project coordinator List of Materials for Proposed Work 1112 Rock Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72212 Shingle: IKO Dynasty (impact resistant - class 3, architectural shingle) Corner Stone WWD Hip and Ridge: IKO Dynasty (impact resistant – class 3, ridge cap) Cornerstone WWD Modified Bitumen: Corner Stone WWD (used on slopes 2/12 or less) Modified Bitumen Base: Water proofing and bonding agent for modified bitumen Starter: IKO Starter Ice and water: IKO Ice and Water Underlayment: Stom Gear synthetic underlayment by TopShield Drip Edge: Dot metal products Weather Wood (color) Roof flashing and pipe boots: NeverLeak (brown) Exhaust: TopShield LOR-30 Lo-OmniRoll Ridge Vent Nail Caps: TopShield Plastic Cap Roofing Nails Nails: Generic galvanized 1-1/4” coil nails. 1104 Rock Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72212 Shingle: IKO Dynasty (impact resistant - class 3, architectural shingle) Frost Stone Gray Hip and Ridge: IKO Dynasty (impact resistant – class 3, ridge cap) Frost Stone Gray Modified Bitumen: Frost Stone Gray (used on slopes 2/12 or less) Modified Bitumen Base: Water proofing and bonding agent for modified bitumen Starter: IKO Starter Ice and water: IKO Ice and Water Underlayment: Stom Gear synthetic underlayment by TopShield Drip Edge: Dot metal products gray (color) Roof flashing and pipe boots: NeverLeak (brown) Exhaust: TopShield LOR-30 Lo-OmniRoll Ridge Vent Nail Caps: TopShield Plastic Cap Roofing Nails Nails: Generic galvanized 1-1/4” coil nails. *IKO (Shingle manufacturer) requires 4 roofing elements from their line of products and certification to obtain a 40 year warranty.
