Dear Hannah RatzlaƯ, April 2, 2024
On behalf of Raymond Weber and Paul Dorman, I am requesting permission to perform a roof
replacement on 1112 Rock Street and 1104 Rock Street located at the downtown historic district in
Little Rock Arkansas, 72212. The roofs have reached the end of their expected lifespan displayed in
both granular loss and missing shingles, causing leaks in both properties. We at Rhino Roofing
intend to replace the current 3-tab shingle and upgrade it to an architectural, class 3 impact rated,
40-year roof, manufactured by IKO. The current roof colors will be matched as closely as possible
with currently available material. I thank you for your patience while I collected and compiled the
forms and evidence as requested.
Sincerely,
Christopher Heredia
Project coordinator
