The original COC is typically mailed to the owner’s mailing address listed with the county assessor but since you have just purchased the property, the assessor’s data is not updated yet. What would be a good mailing address to send this permit to for your records? The attached copy, or the original COC, is required to be posted to the property in a location visible from the public right-of-way during your project work. This is primarily for our code enforcement officers and surrounding neighbors to see that the work has been permitted. Thanks for submitting all the necessary documents in one go! Please see attached draft Certificate of Compliance for your project at 515 Rock Street. Review this draft 2 and confirm if the COC reflects the full scope of your project. Once confirmed, Staff will then sign and send a copy back to you for your records. Concerning sourcing for replacement wood, let me reach out to our two commissioners that have professional expertise in this matter and I’ll let you know what they suggest! Here is what I would like to do immediately. Attached are the application page 5, the settlement statement from closing on 515 Rock St ( I hope this works), and photos of the wheelchair ramp, sign and siding issues. 1. The wheelchair ramp is just sitting in place so it won't alter any of the structure. 2. Siding. So far, I have been unable to locate any cedar bevel siding locally. I'm being told that they can't even order it. Do you have any sources? I can set up and cut it myself, but I might save that for when I do a more extensive restoration of the exterior. For instance, I can likely locate some old growth pine and cut it from that instead of cedar. For now I think I'll likely use the yellow pine that Kauffman has
