Good morning Jenna,
Apologies that this has taken a bit longer than usual to review. The past two days have been a bit wild.
Thank you for submitting a completed application with all requested documentation. I have received and reviewed
your application. Please see the attached draft Certificate of Compliance for your project at 1311 Cumberland.
Please review this draft and confirm if the COC reflects the full scope of work of your project. Once confirmed, I
will send you a signed copy via email and U.S. mail for your records. No application fee is required. The application
fee of $100 is not required for a staff level review, only when an application is required to go through the public
hearing process.
What contractor/craftsperson will be doing the roof work and the bracket carpentry? We like to keep records of
contractors who do work within the historic district.
Good luck on your project! I think the Resawn Shake color is an excellent choice.
