Please accept this application for 1311 Cumberland St., Little Rock, AR. This application is for a certificate
of appropriateness to replace a 3-tab asphalt roof with new CertainTeed Landmark series architectural
shingles. Also being replaced will be approximately 60-70% of the wooden brackets holding up the front
gutters due to wood rot.
