Please see attached copy of the signed COA. The original COA is printed on blue paper and will be mailed to the owner’s
mailing address. Please upload the attached copy of the signed COA to your building permit application when you apply
for demolition. Following permit approval for demolition, would you mind letting me know what day the demo team
plans on starting? I imagine I will get some calls from the neighborhood that morning.

District Commission public hearing. Also attached is the draft Certificate of Appropriateness for your project at 420 E 9 th
Street. Please review this draft and confirm if the COA reflects the full scope of your project. Once confirmed, Staff will
then sign and send a copy back to you for your records.
