Little Rock Historic District Commission meeting. The Staff recommendation is approval
with conditions. Please take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the staff report
before the hearing.
Your application HDC2023-027 for demolition at 420 E 9th Street will be heard before
the Historic District Commission on December 7, 2024. The hearing will be held in the
Auditorium room at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center at 3805 W. 12 th
Street. The hearing will begin at 4:00pm.
Your amendment will be item one on the agenda. The property owner or their agent
must be present in order for the item to be heard.
