Good morning Joe,
This is a friendly reminder that the deadline to mail the public noƟce leƩers by cerƟfied mail is November 22nd and to
make sure to provide the list of addresses and the cerƟfied receipts to staff before the public hearing. AddiƟonally, the
COA public noƟce property signs must be posted on the property at least 10 days before the scheduled public hearing
on December 7th. Please provide photos of the property showing the posted signs.
I will send out the staff report for your item to you and the Commission one week before the scheduled hearing.

Please see the aƩached leƩer confirming your completed CerƟficate of Appropriateness applicaƟon to the LiƩle Rock
Historic District Commission for demoliƟon at 420 E 9th Street. Your applicaƟon will be heard at the December 7th public
hearing. The hearing will start at 4:00pm at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center at 3805 W. 12th Street.
Please follow instrucƟons exactly for public noƟficaƟon requirements as outline in the COA applicaƟon document.
I have received the list of addresses, the applicaƟon, and the authorizaƟon of representaƟon. Before you send out
leƩers to neighbors, remember to send staff a copy of the completed public no Ɵce leƩer (page 5 in the applicaƟon
packet) with the correct public hearing date, locaƟon, and Ɵme and signed by the applicant/authorized agent. The public
noƟce leƩer must be legible and reflect the full scope of work for the requested project.
