Your application HDC2023-027 for the demolition of the structure at 420 E 9 th Street is
scheduled for public hearing at the Little Rock Historic District Commission meeting on
December 7, 2023. The hearing will be held in the Auditorium room at the Willie Hinton
Neighborhood Resource Center at 3805 W. 12th Street. The hearing will begin at
4:00pm. Your application will be scheduled as Item One on the agenda. The owner or
their agent must be present in order for the item to be heard.
Please follow directions exactly when giving ten days’ notice to all property owners as
stated in the application on page 3 instructions #4 and #5. Use “HDC2023-027” to
complete your mailing labels as shown in the instructions.
