The filing fee can be cash or check. Checks can be made out to the “LiƩle Rock Planning and Development Department”. The pre-applicaƟon filing does not have an associated fee. Could you clarify what applicaƟon path you’d like to take below so I can give you the most relevant instrucƟons? I’ve highlighted when the $100 filing fee would need to be received by for each Ɵmeline in order to schedule the applicaƟon for the next available public hearing. I understand this poten Ɵal applicaƟon to be a request for the demoliƟon of 420 E 9th Street. This project type does not require a pre-applicaƟon meeƟng unless you as the applicant feel it would be a benefit to you. Staff always encourages pre-applicaƟon meeƟngs for major projects, but they are only mandatory for infill/new construcƟon applicaƟons. The pre-applicaƟon filing deadline was yesterday, so the next available pre-app meeƟng would be November 15th with a filing deadline on November 8th.
