Existing Conditions This proposal is located in a single family area. It abuts the Pleasant Valley Golf Course on the south and Eldorado Drive on the north. Elevations range from 405' on the extreme southwest to 470' on the northeast. Existing vegetation consists of trees and varied underbrush. Sanitary sewer mains cross the site near the east and west ends. C. Development Proposal This application involves the platting of a 2.52 acre tract into six lots for single family use.
