Staff has no objection to the replat, provided that the
applicant submit an application for rezoning to "R-2"

F. Staff Recommendation
Approval, subject to filing rezoning for "R-2" Single
Family.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW:
The Committee passed this to the Commission, subject to
"R-2" rezoning of the property.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
Mr. Finley Williams represented the application. There were
no objectors. A motion was made and passed for approval,
subject to rezoning of the property to "R-2." The vote:
10 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
