Development Proposal This is a proposal to replat a .98 acre tract into three lots of residential use. No variances have been requested. D. Analysis Staff has no objection to the replat, provided that the applicant submit an application for rezoning to "R-2" Single Family. F. Staff Recommendation Approval, subject to filing rezoning for "R-2" Single Family. SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW: The Committee passed this to the Commission, subject to "R-2" rezoning of the property. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: Mr. Finley Williams represented the application. There were no objectors. A motion was made and passed for approval, subject to rezoning of the property to "R-2." The vote: 10 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
