Final Plat Confirmation
This request is for final plat confirmation of Phase I of a
recently approved PUD which was entitled Pleasant Valley
Condominiums. The approval was based on 501 buffers being
provided to the west and a limitation of 120 units.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approval.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW:
The Committee reviewed the plan and determined that it was
within the conditions set by the original approval.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
No objectors were present. A motion for approval was made
and passed by a vote of 10 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present. A motion was made and passed to
confirm the final plan. The vote was 10 ayes, 0 noes and
1 absent.
