is complete and the owner is ready to start building houses on the lots. By copy of this
letter, we are furnishing Public Works a print and a copy of the computer disc for the
project.

WHEREAS,13CK CONTRACTORS, IlVCORPORATED are the sole owners
of the following described property: Lots 89 through 95.
Lands lying in the Northwest 1/4, of the Northwest '/4, of Section 32, all in Township 2
North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas and more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Point of Beginning at the Northwest corner of said SW 1 A, NW 1 /4,
of Section 32 thence North 01 degrees 31 minutes 26 seconds East 447.57 feet; thence
South 73 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds East 434.68 feet; thence South 15 degrees 44
minutes 20 seconds West 104.40 feet to a point which is also on the north right of way
line of Chelsea Road; thence South 08 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds West 50.07 feet to
a point on the south right of way line of Chelsea Road; thence South 75 degrees 19
minutes 10 seconds East 18.98 feet; thence South 06 degrees 19 minutes 17 seconds West
192.84 feet; thence North 87 degrees 07 minutes 26 seconds West 391.05 feet to a point
which is also the point of beginning containing 3.681 acres, more or less.
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and desire to replat said lots:
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That I/We, the said Owners, hereinafter termed grantor(s), have caused said tract
of land to be surveyed by The Holloway Firm, Inc., Civil and Environmental Design.,
Registered Professional Engineer/Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is
identified by the title Final Plat of Hillsborough Pointe, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas and the date August 28,2000 and by the signature of the said
engineer/surveyor and the said grantor)s), and bears a Certificate of Approval executed
by the Little Rock Planning commission, and is on record in the Office of the Circuit
Clerk and ex -off cio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book
Page ep! 7and the grantor(s) do hereby make this
Bill of Assurance.
The grantor(s) do hereby certify that they have platted said real estate in
accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as
designed on said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit
Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulask8i County shall be a valid and complete delivery
and dedication of the streets and easements shown o the said plat.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street
than the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in
conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
