AMENDMENT TO
BILL OF ASSURANCE
REPLAT OF LOT 49, GARRETT GLEN
AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
WHEREAS, on June 29, 2001, A. S. Rosen & Associates, Inc. executed a certain Bill of
Assurance which applies to Lot 49, Garrett Glen, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and appears of record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, at Instrument Number 2001050722;
WHEREAS, on April 19, 2002, A. S. Rosen & Associates, Inc. executed an Amendment
to Bill of Assurance which applies to Lot 49, Garrett Glen, an Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and appears of record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as recorded at 2002138891;
WHEREAS, A.S. Rosen and Associates, Inc., an Arkansas Corporation, the sole owner
of the following described property to wit:
Lot 49, Garrett Glen, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
WHEREAS A. S. Rosen and Associates, Inc. desire to reduce the size of the "ACCESS,
UTILITY & DRAINAGE EASEMENT" located in the SE comer of Lot 49, Garrett Glen, an
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and replat the resulting property as
Lot 49R, Garrett Glen, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
AND WHEREAS all Bills of Assurance heretofore filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk
and Ex-Officio Recorder in and for Pulaski County, Arkansas shall otherwise remains in full
force and effect, except as amended by this document.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That I, the said A.S. Rosen, President, hereinafter termed Grantor, has caused said tract of
land to be surveyed by White-Daters and Associates, Inc., Registered Land Surveyor, and a plat
thereof made which is identified by the title:
Plat of Lot 49R, Garrett Glen, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
and by the date December 19, 2003 and by the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantor,
and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on
record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in
Plat Book G Pagegy7 and the grantor do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantor does hereby certify that he has replatted said real estate in accordance with
said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat; and
every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation and shall be subject to all

Bills of Assurance heretofore filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder in
and for Pulaski County, Arkansas
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, A.S. Rosen and Associates, Inc Grantor, has caused this
instrument to be executed for and in its name and behalf on this Jl4 day of 2003.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Rosen and Associates, Inc., A Corporation, and they, as such officers, being authorized to do so,
had executed the foregoing instrument for the purposes therein contained, by signing the name of
the Corporation as such officers.
