THAT WHEREAS, A. S. ROSEN & ASSOCIATES, INC., a corporation organized and existing under and
by virtue of the laws of the State of Arkansas, is the owner of the following described lots in the County of
Pulaski, State of Arkansas:
Lots 24 and 25 Garrett Glenn Addition (d) to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
The sole purpose of this re -plat is to transfer a portion of lot 24 to lot 25 of Garrett Glen Addition (d) as
shown on the replat prepared by 011en Dee Wilson, Registered Land Surveyor on June 8, 2 00 0. These lots
shall be replatted as 24R and 25R Garrett Glen Addition (d) to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas. All other conditions governing Lots 24 and 25 as set forth in Bill of Assurance on record in the
Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as of June 12, 1996 as
Instrument No. 96-41989 shall remain in full force and effect.
I Executed in Little Rock, Arkansas on the 8 h day of June, 2000 with said corporate grantor acting through
[3 its President and Secretary, respectively, and said officers being authorized to execute this instrument by
LP appropriate resolution of the Board of Directors and Stockholders of said corporation.
