Dear Richard:
SUBJECT: BURNTTREE II STREET AND DRAINAGE PLANS
Pursuant to our phone conversation I am forwarding this request
to clear up some confusion as to sidewalk requirements for the
subject project. I apparently 'am at fault for not requesting
that sidewalks be weived or that the streets be considered as
minor residential for the subject project.
The street in this phase on y service IS ro-t5. Me minor
residential street definition states that a minor residential
street shall serve 35 or less lots. The total length of street
in this phase is only 800' + or - which is only 50' longer than
the length of cul-de-sac without weiver. I can see no i-eason to
classify this street all the way from Windborough in Phase I as a
minor residential street.
Please also note that no sidewalks were required along the
previously constructed section of Windsor Drive either in
Burnttree I or Windsor Court Condos.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. The
approval of the street and drainage plans are pending this
descision and I would hope that the matter would not have to go
before the full Commission. Pleas advise as to how you and Gary
wish to handle the matter.
