phasinra boundr•ies� of the subject prelir,iner`y plat- The change
is td ehake the subdivision From Hil.lsboroudh 9 to Westport.
This cherigF 'of name has been reviewed with 61er, Haley �f David
Hathcoat's office and they advise me there Ls currently ho
conflict. I dn, enclosing three '%33 copies of the preliminary
plat revised to indicate these changes.
The purpose for the changes to the phasing is to accomodate. are
orderly devOlooment with the citilltles. The previous phasing
required extension of excessive sanitary sewers to 5prvtire one. or
two lots. This phasing will provide for a more cost effective
developr4eht .
