STAFF RECOMMENDATION
0
This submittal is a revision to a previous approval. Its
only purpose is to eliminate a stub street which had been
proposed leading to the second phase of the development.
One lot will be added.
The staff recommends approval of the revision and that all
prior requirements remain in effect.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS
Approval as recommended by the staff.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION
The engineer was present. He made an additional request that
the sidewalk on Iiinson Road adjacent to the plat be permitted
to be built adjacent to the curb rather than the property line.
The Commission approved the revision to the plat and the
location of the sidewalk next to the curb. The vote was
unanimous.
