I am writing to inform you that I would like to appeal the Planning and Development
Commission's decision on my STR-2 application Z-9908 (1219 Marlyn Dr, Little Rock, AR
72205). The decision was made at the January 11th meeting where the vote was 5 against, 5 in
favor of, and 1 abstention. I have just received the executed application which I've attached
below. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me
