To Whom it May Concern:
We would like to ask the planning and zoning committee to consider 1715 N Tyler Street, Little Rock,
Arkansas 72207 for a zoning variance to a Short Term Rental-2. We have two improvements on the
property but one address and one legal. We would like to request for both to be appro ved. We have a
property manager and are available 24/7 for renters to contact. We have not had any issues. We are
very responsible and take care of any issues promptly. Please consider our request.
