A public hearing for said applica�on will be held by the Litle Rock Planning Commission at The Centre at University Park, 6401 West 12th Street, Litle Rock, Arkansas, on: March 14, 2024, at 4:00pm CST. Interested par�es may par�cipate in the public hearing to be held at the above-men�oned place and �me, by registering in-person at the public hearing, or in one of the following ways: • No later than 24 hours prior to the public hearing �me, email writen comments/writen statement to lrzoning@litlerock.gov, including associated item name(s) or file number(s.) The comments/statements will be submited for considera�on to the Planning Commission. OR • The mee�ng may be atended in person. The mee�ng will be held in The Centre at University Park, 6401 West 12th Street. The mee�ng will begin at 4:00 p.m. As stated above, individuals wishing to par�cipate in the public hearing in person may do so, however, social distancing will be prac�ced at all �mes. Registra�on cards will be available from City staff members at the public hearing site and interested par�es may otherwise register and par�cipate as described above.
