The property is located on a very busy intersection between Lee Avenue and Van Buren. It is close in proximity to UAMS, St Vincent, and Children's hospital. We have been renting this property for over a year to various families who have come to Little Rock for treatments, surgeries, etc. For instance, we rented to a family from Tennessee who had triplets born in the NICU at St Vincent's and needed an extended stay. Our goal with this property is to give folks coming to our great city a place to stay with all of the comforts of home whether they are here to get through a medical crisis, or just here for our city's many tourism attractions such as the Zoo. We have hosted some families who were here from Southern Arkansas to enter Livestock at the State Fair. We have hosted families who were here visiting several of our universities and higher learning institutions. We vet our guests very well, and haven't had a single issue with people abusing the house, being loud, throwing parties, etc. In fact, we have been able to invest in the property to make it more attractive to the neighborhood. Prior to the short-term rental, it was often rented long term and we were not able to provide as much maintenance, improvements or monitor issues such as parties and noise. We are Little Rock residents and visit the property 2-3 times per week. We manage it ourselves and have friends and relatives in the neighborhood.
