Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide a parking plan showing where and how many cars can park on -site.
There is a large circle drive with access to Lee Ave and Van Buren . The driveway is large
enough to fit 6 vehicles if needed. However, there will most likely be 1-2 vehicles parked
here when occupied. Please see diagram and photo attached.
2. Will the entire residence be rented, or will you be renting individual bedrooms?
The entire residence will be rented as a 3 bedroom. We will not list bedrooms
individually.
