RE: Songbyrd Residential Apartments – PD-R (Z-9911)
Immediately North of 13301 Sardis Road
Development Staff Comments:
1. What is the total number of units in each building?
2. Provide maximum building height.
3. Will the units be sold or rented?
4. Provide information on trash collection. Show Dumpster on site plan.
5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
6. Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-552 (signs permitted in residential zones).
7. Will there be any retaining walls on the property; if so, show on site plan.
8. Screening and Buffers will be required for North/South and East/West Perimeters.
