To whom this may concern,
Songbyrd Enterprise LLC is a company whose mission is to revitalize an under severed area by way of
new construction and infrastructure improvements in the Central Little Rock, Arkansas area. We are now
targeting such areas of Little Rock, with a focus on delivering a portfolio of residential properties that will
capture the needs of a young professional citizen. It is our hope and desire to create a community of
diverse and progressive tax paying citizens.
The team at Songbyrd Enterprise LLC is once again asking for the City of Little Rock Planning Department
