Rezoning Application
Mr. Moore,
Attached are the survey, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The owners of this project would like to rezone the property from C-3 to C-4. This property contains
approximately 2.49 acres and is located at the intersection of Mabelva[e Pike and Mabelvale Drive.
The existing landowner is Blue Collar Consulting, LLC, and the Source of Title is Instrument Number
2022-083210. There are not any applicable existing covenants and restrictions on the land. The
proposed source of water is from Central Arkansas Water with the wastewater disposal being
collected by Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda. Please do not hesitate to
