HomeMy WebLinkAboutCover Letter 012224GARVER City of Little Rock Planning and Development 723 W Markham St Little Rock, AR 72201 ATTACHMENTS: Site Plan and 6 copies of official survey Little Rock Planning and Development, As a part of our application for the rezone of parcel 45L-004.00-007.03, as well as the corresponding PUD application, we would like to petition to amend the PUD for parcels 45L-001.00-007.00 and 45L-001.00-019.02 to allow for a driveway connection from parcel 45L-004.00-007.03 to Dailey Drive, as shown in the attached site plan. The proposed use for this development is to alleviate the effects of domestic violence on the women and children in our care through a community effort of city and statewide partnerships at the Family Peace Center. This will be a 24/7 facility with a current staff of 31 workers. It is anticipated that future staff could equal 50. The proposed setbacks for our proposed PUD are as follows: Front: 25' Rear: 8' Sideyard: 8' We also have attached our rezone application to rezone parcel 45L-004.00-007.03 from R2 to POD.
