Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Friday, February 9, 2024. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted
to this email address for review.

East Side of Dailey Drive (9000 Block)
Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide a more detailed description of proposed use.
2. Will there be overnight/temporary boarding?
3. What services will be provided to clients?
4. Provide complete/executed Affidavit.
5. Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, dumpster areas must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
6. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
7. Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-553 (signs permitted in institutional and office zones).
