Z- 6 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING DOCKETED FOR at _ 4:00 —p.m. March 14, 2024 Application is hereby made to the Board of Directors of Little Rock, Arkansas through the Planning Commission pursuant to Arkansas law on City planning, Act 186 of 1957, Acts of Arkansas, and Section 36 of the Little Rock Code of Ordinances as amended, petitioning for classification of the following described area as a Long Form Planned Development. Legal Description: Apart of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 and part of the NE 1/4, Section 1, Township 1 South, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly as follows: Beginning at a found 5/8" rebar for the SE corner of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence N83°08'55"W a distance of 29.44' to a - found 1/2" rebar being on the north boundary line of Fairfield Subdivision, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence along said boundary line the following calls: N87°47'18"W a distance of 20.21' to a set 1/2" rebar w/ cap (1363); thence - leaving said boundary line NO2°21'40"E a distance of 362.99' to a set 1/2" rebar w/ cap (1363) being on the east right of way of Dailey Drive; thence along said right of way N04°17'02"E a distance of 30.38' to a found 1/2" rebar; thence - S87°32'20"E a distance of 299.87' found to a 1/2" rebar; thence S02°20'42"W a distance of 550.36' to a found nail in 2" pipe being on the south line of said NW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence along said south line N87°39'39"W a distance of 154.90' to the - point of beginning containing 5.03 acres more or less. It is desired that the boundaries shown on the District Man be amended and that this area be amended and that this area be reclassified from the present _ R2 District to POD District.
