Attached are the drawings, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The developer for this project would like to expand the existing storage facility to the south due to
high demand. The expansion property was recently listed for sale, and the developer purchased it to
accommodate this expansion. The additional property will be accessed internally from the existing
development.
The existing ownerships are Highway 10 Storage LLC & Markham Park LLC, with an address of 23001
Highway 10, Roland AR 72135. The Source of Titles are Instrument Numbers: 2022-068521 & 2016-
054676. There are not any applicable existing covenants and restrictions on the land. The source of
water is from Central Arkansas Water, and the wastewater disposal is a septic system for the office
and apartment.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda. Please do not hesitate to
