Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide survey of property
2. Will the buildings be used as traditional mini storage, or will there be climate-controlled storage?
3. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
4. Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-553 (signs permitted in institutional and office zones) and comply with the Hwy 10 Overlay District Regulations.
