HomeMy WebLinkAbout19166ORDINANCE NO. 19,166 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW DOUBLE FRONTAGE LOTS FOR THE CYPRESS POINT SUBDIVISION LOTS 311 — 363 REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT (S- 285 -III) LOCATED EAST OF PATRICK COUNTRY ROAD AT CHENONCEAU BOULEVARD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Cypress Point Addition Lots 311 — 363 Revised Preliminary Plat (S- 285 -III) as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31 -232 (d) to allow double frontage lots; Lots 312 and 321 - 324 of the Cypress Point Addition Lots 311 — 363 Revised Preliminary Plat. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
