As requested, below is insight into my desires for the property located at 2201 N Rodney Parham. Bennett Davis Group has historically been a communication design company that has provided their clientele with graphic design solutions for print and digital applications. In business since 2001, we have expanded our service offerings to include digital print production and various other specialties that assist our clientele in getting their marketing messages before their respective clients. As technology in the print industry has advanced, we have been able to purchase and operate high-end digital printers that look and operate as very precise copiers. This hardware is low maintenance, requires very little space, and is very eco-friendly allowing Bennett Davis Group the ability to provide in-house print production for items like business cards, brochures, magazines, stationery and the like. Several years ago, we were even able to purchase the established local printing group, Sir Speedy Little Rock, and we have brought that business into the Bennett Davis Group fold. On March 31, 2023, our building and business took a direct hit by the tornado that ripped through our wonderful city. Since that time, we have been working from a couple of remote locations relying primarily of the kindness of friends in the printing industry who have been so gracious to assist in producing work for our clients. When the building on Rodney Parham became available, we knew that was the place for us. It is located within a few blocks of our previous building and is more than we could have imagined for our new home. Our desire is that the building located at 2201 N Rodney Parham become the new home for Bennett Davis Group/Sir Speedy Little Rock – a showplace that will reflect the excellence and reputation Bennett Davis Group has built for over two decades. We desire zoning that will compliment the surrounding neighborhood and that will allow for us to make available leasing opportunities on the top floor to a professional group such as an architecture or engineering firm. Our hours of operation are 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Occasionally, we have a staff member or two that might work later into the evening, but that is typically a rare occurrence. Weekends are given for time with family and our office is typically closed. Thank you, again, for allowing me the opportunity to share our vision.
