The applicant's justification is presented in an attached letter. Mini -warehouse development Proposed Use of Property: Mini -warehouse development STAFF NOTE: The applicant submitted a letter to staff on January 9, 2001 requesting that this application be withdrawn. Staff determined that the site plan for this property as approved by the Planning Commission was conditioned on any signage conforming to the industrial standards as allowed by the City's Zoning Ordinance. Therefore, staff feels that it would not be appropriate for the Board of Adjustment to consider a sign variance and supports the withdrawal of this issue. BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT: (JANUARY 28, 2002) Staff informed the Board that the applicant submitted a letter on January 9, 2002 requesting that this application be withdrawn.
