Respected officials,
I am writing this letter requesting to rezone 9911 West Markham Street, little rock AR-72205 from
present use of property 0-3 zone to C-3 zone. Desired use of the property for retail purposes. This
change in zone will let me use the property for retail sales, including beer / wine. The hours of operation
will be 6am to midnight everyday. By changing this location retail zone is not only benefits me, but it also
provides neighborhood convenience store for nearby residents, offices and business places. So, I request
the planning board to approve my application and rezone this location.
