To follow up on our recent discussion:
The last date to postmark the notice mailouts was Wednesday, October 25, 2023. The certified mail receipts reflects a postmark date of October 28, 2023. Therefore, as per the Planning
Commission By-Laws, your application must be deferred to the December 14, 2023 agenda.
Staff will forward you the notice information for the December meeting a day or so following the November meeting.
