Subject: Renotification of Notice of Public Hearing.
Importance: High
Due to the fact that your item was deferred to the December 14, 2023 Agenda, You will need to re-notify.
According to Article IV… “The first and second deferrals of an application for which proper notification has been completed shall require renotification of property owners by REGULAR
mail”. You DO NOT need to send the notifications certified.
Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing and agenda for the December 14, 2023 Planning Commission meeting.
If you do not get these notices sent out and proof back to the development staff by the dates listed below you will once again be deferred. You can only be deferred twice and then your
application will be withdrawn.
Notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, November 29, 2023.
Please provide the following notice exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, December 01, 2023:
1. Affidavit (attached)
2. Receipt (from Post Office showing where you paid for the mailing)
3. Ownership Search (from Title company)
4. Copy of Notice of Public Hearing
