thence South for 87.5 feet (measures: S01°41'23"W for 87.24 feet); thence West
(measures: N88°17'35"W) for 10.0 feet; thence N01°41'23"E for 87.21 feet; thence East
(measures: S88°26'46"E) for 10.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 872.27
square feet or 0.02 acres.
