Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of
the said NW1/4 SW1/4; thence continue North 02"24'42" East, along the West line of said Section 35, a distance of
794.14 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being the Northwest corner of what was formerly platted as
Lot 7, Mabelvale Industrial Park,an addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence continue
North 02a24'42" East along the West line of said Section 35, a distance of 510.80 feet to the Southwest comer of
the said SW 1/4 N W1/4; thence North 02"09'51" East, along the West line of said Section 35, a distance of 4.81 feet
to the point on the Southerly right-of-way line of Mabelvale Circle; thence along said Southerly right-of-way line
following the arc of 316-14 foot radius curve to the left, having a chord bearing and distance of North 72"16'59"
East 105.29 feet; thence continue along said Southerly right-of-way following the arc of a 353.22 foot radius curve

Mabelvale Drive; thence South 02"34'36" West along said Westerly right-of-way line, a distance of 59S.51 feet to
the Northeast corner of the said formerly platted Lot 7, Mabelvale Industrial Park; thence North 88"04'53" West,
along the North line of the formerly platted Lot 7, a distance of 414.13 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
