Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of
the said NW1/4SW1/4;thence continue North 02024'42' East, along the West line of said Section 35,.a distance of
794.14 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said point beingthe Northwest corner of what was formerly platted as
Lot 7, Mabelvale Industrial Park,an addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence continue
