RE: Accessory Building/Storage Shed
Dear Mr. and Mrs. White,
On July 31, 2018 you were issued a zoning compliance certificate for a 10'x16' storage
building in order to obtain a building permit. The City made an error in reviewing the
documentation presented and have determined that your storage building is within the
building setback. In review of all the documentation, the City has determined that due to
the error on the City Staffs part, the current location of the 10'x16' storage shed as placed
is accepted with the conditions below.
This acceptance is only for the property located at 1612 Jennifer Drive.
This acceptance is only for the current location of the 10'x16' storage shed
as approved for the building permit issued on 7/31/18.
If the shed location changes from the approved permit and is still within the
building setback, the shed will be deemed non -compliant. At that time, the
shed will either have to be moved or seek a variance through our Board of
Adjustments.
If at any time in the future you desire to move the shed, please contact the Department
of Planning and Development at 501-371-4790. Staff can assist you in determining a
location on -site that will be in compliance. This letter will be placed in the Planning and
Development Department files for any future reference. If you have any questions, please
contact our office.

On July 31, 2018 you were issued a zoning compliance certificate for a 10'x16' storage building
in order to obtain a building permit. We made an error in reviewing the documentation presented
and have determined that your storage building is within the building setback. In review of all the
documentation, we have determined that due to the error on our part, we are accepting the location
of the 10'xl6' storage shed as placed with the below conditions.
• This acceptance is only for the current owners of the property listed as Christopher S and
Amy E White.
• This acceptance is only for the current location of the 10'xl6' storage shed as approved
for the building permit issued on July 31, 2018.
• If the property ownership changes, then the shed will be deemed non -complaint. At that
time, the shed will either have to be moved or seek a variance through our Board of
Adjustments.
• If the shed location changes from the approved permit and is still within the building
setback, the shed will be deemed non -compliant. At that time, the shed will either have to
be moved or seek a variance through our Board of Adjustments.
If any time in the future you desire to move the shed, please contact our office and we can assist
you in determining a location on -site that will be in compliance. This letter will be placed in our
Ries for any future reference. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
