I have completed the WCF/zoning application for this site. The application has been approved. Please send the required
WCF/zoning review fee of $100.00. The check is to be made out to the City of Little Rock. Please send it to my attention.
I will hold the approved application pending receipt of the fee. Once that has been received, I will process the completed
application and forward it to Building Codes. You can then contact them regarding the building permit.

Good Afternoon Brian,
Following up on this thread that my boss Kristen Schlaud had started with you a few weeks back:
I have been working with the Church on the leasing side of things, but will also be handling the permitting. Attached is
our most recent site plan revision that the Church has agreed with.
I need to confirm with you which process we will be following when applying to the City. I have read through both the
Wireless Communication Facility (WCF) application and the Tower Use Permit (TUP) application and was not sure which
we should follow. (the note being that we need to obtain our WCF or TUP approval prior to our Building Permit
submittal)
As a reminder, this application is for installation of a 28' tall utility pole with a parking lot light attachment and antenna
canister attached to the top of it.
Please give me a call if it would be easier to discuss over the phone (913-458-4201)

Yes, this is in place of option "C." This will be outside of the ROW on a light pole in the church parking lot. As soon as we
complete the lease with the church and have all of their approvals, we will submit the paperwork for zoning/permitting
approvals.

We have a site planned at Bullock Temple CME Church in Little Rock that I wanted to run by you, if you wouldn't mind. I
know that this area was discussed previously as well as moving on to the Church property, but now that we have the
