Attached is our most recent site plan revision that the Church has agreed with. I need to confirm with you which process we will be following when applying to the City. I have read through both the Wireless Communication Facility (WCF) application and the Tower Use Permit (TUP) application and was not sure which we should follow. (the note being that we need to obtain our WCF or TUP approval prior to our Building Permit submittal) As a reminder, this application is for installation of a 28' tall utility pole with a parking lot light attachment and antenna canister attached to the top of it.
