5/14/18
Steve and Dot Weaver went to the address at 10309 Nash Lane around 3pm. Could not get anyone to the door after
several tries. The outside of the home was covered in plant growth and debris, old cars etc. but the yard
had been mowed.
I spoke with the personnel at the Mabelvale post office and was told the address was valid. The mail has
not been returned as undeliverable.

Steve James and Dot and Steve Weaver went back to the residence at 10309 Nash Lane around 7 pm, we still
could not get anyone to the door of the house. Looks as if it is not lived in but used for storage? Went to the
post office and could not get another mailing address for Mr. Ortega. The first and second mail request has not been
returned from the postal service as undeliverable.
We have tried the white pages and internet with no luck.
