Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section
24; thence East 648 feet; thence North 1,432.60 feet; thence North 680-58'-27" West 267.7 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 05°-58'-52" West 174.91 feet; thence North 890-09'-47" West
181.80 feet to a point on the east right-of-way line of Gooch Drive; thence North 010-53'-42" East along
