Because of the location being lower than the interstate, it is our belief the additional sign would allow east -bound traffic on 1-30 to see us in time to exit at Chico Rd. We would be willing to trade the remaining square footage allowance(after signage is installed) for the south elevation to be able to have signage for the west elevation_ The access road is one-way west bound and traffic cannot see the signage in time to exit at McDaniel Dr. We feel the additional signage will greatly increase our visibility to freeway traffic.
